Acacia honey is celebrated for its warm fragrance yet mild and gentle flavour. The honey has silky texture and because of the high fructose content it will not crystallise.

The subtle taste and smooth finish makes this acacia honey pair very well with a wide range of dishes and is especially excellent in cocktail making.
